Here's what you should know about our boat charter services
What comes with a typical yacht charter?
Each charter comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuel, and non-alcoholic refreshments. Depending on the package — sunset cruises feature gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic beverages, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable, particularly during the high season (May–September). For business functions and private gatherings, reserving 4–6 weeks early ensures better availability and provides time for personalization.
What if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our priority. Should the captain decide the weather is unsafe, you can reschedule to a later date or receive a complete refund. We will inform you 24 hours prior to departure if weather seems uncertain.
Is it possible to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests may bring their own food and drinks onboard. Alternatively, we provide excellent culinary services customized to your preferences. Kindly note, glassware is not permitted on board due to safety concerns.
Do you have yachts that are accessible for guests with disabilities?
We ensure our services are inclusive of all individuals. Some of our yachts are designed with better accessibility in mind. Inform us of your specific requirements upon booking and we'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange necessary accommodations.
What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure are fully refundable. Cancel between 24–72 hours before departure to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before are not refundable unless caused by unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our side.
